Thank you for shopping with Lady Luck Concepts. Every piece is handmade with care and intention. Please review our shipping and processing details below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items
Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 7–14 business days before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Made-to-order & custom pieces
Made-to-order and custom orders require a minimum of 6 weeks for production before shipment. Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and material availability.

Shipping Information

Once your order ships, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping transit times are separate from processing times.

Lady Luck Concepts is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Customs delays for international orders

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all pieces are handmade and production begins quickly, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications can be made.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country upon delivery.
